Our $110 Annual Service Charge includes:

- UNLIMITED visits for 12 months including annual and change of tenancy visits
- UNLIMITED replacement of 9V photoelectric smoke alarms and UNLIMITED battery replacement.
Compliance
- Inspection of all smoke alarms to ensure correct installation, sufficient quantity and effective distribution throughout the property to meet Australian Standards
- Compliance testing of all existing smoke alarms including a full function test using simulated smoke and verification of expiry dates
- Provide an inspection and compliance record for each property, valid for 12 months

- Ensure all audible and visual alarm indicators are operating effectively
- Alarm cleaning to ensure ventilation holes are clear of obstructions such as dust, insects and their debris
