Director
Doug has been installing and servicing smoke alarms since the legislation was first written. Don't be surprised if it is Doug himself knocking on your door!

Back Office Director
Karen keeps the ship afloat! From ensuring stock levels to invoicing to scheduling, we couldn't do without her!
Russell
Alarm technician
Russell is one of our legendary installers. He has been a NSW Fireman for over 35 years!

Electrician
Mick, our resident sparky ensures any hardwired alarms are installed and working safely. He is also a NSW Fire Fighter.

Ben keeps the systems in place, from the website, to the database to the tools we use to automate the business.
Alicia
Alarm Technician
Alicia, our resident lady tradie. Her background is 20 years in the Ambos (Navy prior to that) and also our resident tech head for any system issues and the spreadsheet queen.

Colin, is our go to wizz bang technician with many years of experience and keeps us all on our toes with his English Pom banter.
